Hydravolve Studios Tattoo & Body Piercing *does not provide services to anyone under the age of 16* regardless of parental/guardian consent. All persons inquiring about or receiving tattoo or body piercing procedures are required to bring valid photo identification in order to receive services. Identification documents must be physically in hand in order to be copied and filed - no photos or copies.
Adults 18 and over are required to bring one (1) of the following:
Valid state-issued non-driver ID
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport
Valid military ID (must have photo and DOB)
Minors 16-17 *(under 16 will NOT be tattooed/pierced)* are required to bring all of the following:
Parent or legal guardian *(with photo ID)*. Must bring proof of legal guardianship if guardian is not a parent.
Valid non-driver ID, valid driver’s license, valid photo school ID, or passport
Birth certificate (original or legal copy)
Hydravolve Studios not will not provide service without all ID requirements met.
